Address Correction and Coding
To avoid extra set up charges, lists should be editable and in one of the above formats. If you have old files and you’re not sure if they’re Ok to use, call us, send them in and we’ll reformat them for you. We can reprocess anything and we’re expert when it comes to converting old data to current formats.
- Correct street addresses, cities, states and ZIP codes.
- Insert or correct ZIP+6 codes (bar-coded) for postal discounts and greater accuracy.
- Insert carrier route (line of travel) codes for faster delivery of mail.
- Clean list for easy detection of near duplicates.
Mailing List Processing:
We’ll work with just about any type of data file including:
- ASCII Fixed Length
- ASCII Delimited (prefer tab delimited)
- D-Base
- CSV-comma separated files
- EXCEL
